1.Production Description
The corn snack production line is fully automated from mixing, extruding, core filling, shaping, cutting, drying, flavoring to finish products. The production line has features of flexible collocation,extensive applied raw materials,various snacks and easy operation.
The puffed snacks production line cam make variety shapes by adjusting the mould in the extruder, such as ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape.
2.Raw materials: Rice flour, corn flour and so on.
3.Capacity:
100-150kg/h, 200-260kg/h, 500-700kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, or depend on clients' specific demands.
4.Voltage in China:
Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to to customers' Local voltage according to different countries

• Inside package is plastic film, outside is wooden or plywood case(based on the customers'
need).
• Only plastic film nude packing with wooden pallet.
• We can supply fumigation package and certificate.
