Our fish feed machine are made of stainless steel material. The gear box are double reduction gear box and the motor is servo motor.The fish feed made by it is sinking feed which is suitable for tilapia.The quality of electrical parts in the controlling cabinet are guranteed.
Processing flow
The whole fish feed machine processing line includes mixing--air conveyoring--extruding--drying--hoisting--flavoring--cooling--packaging. The extruder in this production line can reach 200kg/h. And the conditioner is single shaft or double shaft. The single shaft conditioner is no better than double shaft conditioner from the cooking time respective. Its pre-cooking time is longer than double shaft conditioner but the pushing force is better than the double shaft conditioner. But if the vaper is not saturated steam, we recommend our customers to choose double shaft conditioner.
Samples shown
The samples made by HM-70 fish feed machine are sinking pellet. The diameter varies from 1mm to 8mm. The raw meal are soybean meat, 3%bran, 20% tree leaves or alga and other nutrition elements. It is suitible for tilapia and cat fish.
