Product Description:
Hamburger Patty Forming Machine soya protein Burger Nuggets Production Line uses the newest production equipment which is researched and developed according to the market demand and country's basic condition. This processing line uses the soy bean meal or soy flakes as the raw material and makes the round protein moisture become the chain shape and reorganization then form the sheet fiber structure by high temperature, high pressure and high moisture. And then through the burger patty forming machine to form 90g with 10cm diameter and 1cm thickness and 120g with 10cm diameter and 1cm thickness burger patty.

a. Raw materials : Adopts defatted soya flour as raw materials 
b. Products : This line can be used to produce soya protein, TVP/TSP, soya meat by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder
