Introduction

Mesh belt dryer is one kind of drying equipment which can maintain a batch-type/continuous production status. It takes steel mesh belt as conveyor belt carrying raw materials for continuous drying. It is suitable for drying the raw materials that is in the shape of piece, strip or granule and is good in permeability. Particularly it is suitable for such raw materials that contain high moisture and are not permitted high temperature for example, dehydrated vegetable,catalyst, drinking tablet of Chinese traditional medicine. Its features are fast in drying speed, strong in vaporization, good in quality of products. Typical products Dehydrated vegetable, granule feed, check extraction, organic pigment, synthetic rubber, medicine, medical material, small wooden products, plastic products, aging or solidifying for electronic elements.

Feeding system		Feeding conveyor can ensure that the products are more evenly distributed on the net belt before entering the dryer.
Conveyor system		Multi layers SUS belt can save more space while ensuring drying capacity, speed can be controlled.
Heating system		The heating pipe is evenly distributed under each layer of net belt, which can continue to heat evenly. The temperature can be controlled.
Humidity removing system		Humidity removal motors can continuously remove the moisture, which can increase the drying effect by about one-third.
Dryer casting		The stainless steel casting has long use life, and the products can be viewed from observation window on each side.
