1.Product Description
Pet food and aquatic feed are close to human food in terms of fineness, health indicators and nutritional content, and some have higher requirements than humans. Pet food and aquatic feed typically consist of meat, meat by-products, grains, grains, vitamins and minerals. General grains, such as soybean meal, cornmeal, ground wheat, and whole grains, are often used to increase the consistency of the product. The meat is mixed with other ingredients. The raw materials are mixed together in a mixer, the dry ingredients are ground before mixing with the wet ingredients, and the mixed ingredients are heated in a preconditioner before entering the extruder. In the extruder, the raw material is cooked under high temperature and pressure as it moves toward the open end of the extruder, where it passes through forming dies and knives. Pet food and aquatic feed are dried in multi-channel dryers until their moisture content is low enough to make them shelf-stable. Pet food and aquatic feed can be passed through a coating roller where animal fats and vitamins are applied to the pet food and aquatic feed
