This equipment is improved by HIMAX with reference from Italy CM Chocolate Coating Machine with more stable working performance and efficiency .Adopted fully stainless steel wire drawing production,it is totally conformed with food standard.Siemens sensor ensure the electric control sensitivity and temperature preserve efficiency,which enable the uniform chocolate coating.With compact structure, tempering casting machine is easy to be installed with humanized design and vibration function which makes the chocolate is more beautiful.
 

 

Our cooling tunnel compressor use Copeland compressor from US to make sure it's 
stable quality.

The motor brand is STK from Taiwan,Relay brand is OmRon, Inverter brand is Delta,electric device brand is IDEC from Japan.

We have 4 different capacity machines,8 kg per hour,15kg per hour,30kg per hour,60kg per hour,which one do you prefer? The capacity means chocolate consumption per hour.

2 different cooling method,cooling belt with air fans and cooling tunnel with air conditioner,cooling belt is cheaper but cooling tunnel has better cooling effect.
