Raw materials can be wheat flour, corn flour and potato flour etc. Through extruder cooking, snacks can be shaped in two layer piece, and then go to the compound shaper formed 2D ,3D shapes. After changing cutter roller on compound shaping machine can get different shape.  like  Triangle, Ellipse, Battledore, Hexagonal, Rectangle, Christmas tree, Animal, Heart, etc. the pellet need drying to get expanded, then seasoned with different taste flavor powder can get delicious pellets. This line is characterized by unique technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance. It can finish steaming, extrusion and shaping in one step without boiling .this is ideal choice for investing 2D,3D pellet machines.
